Job Description

As a Manager of Account Management, you will oversee and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and growth within the company. You will lead a team of account managers, strategize to improve account management practices, and drive customer engagement and success. Your role involves understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and fostering strong partnerships to ensure mutual success. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers to achieve overall sales targets.
  • Analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies for client engagement.
  • Create and implement account strategies that drive long-term customer success.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for client growth and engagement.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of regular client status reports and proposals.
  • Identify potential risks in account management and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Organize regular training sessions to enhance the team's client management skills.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients to establish strong working relationships.
  • Track account metrics and performance indicators to ensure they meet organizational goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize benefit for the company and clients.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as an account manager with leadership responsibilities is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics effectively.
  • Capacity to manage multiple accounts and handle high-demand situations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and oversee account management activities.
