Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
• Own and drive pipeline generation and lead conversion for Tech Consulting offerings, primarily in the Dubai, with a view to expanding into KSA.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, translating into long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position Uniqus solutions in digitization, transformation, and Oracle domains.
• Lead and grow multiple client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Work closely with delivery and practice leads to shape solutions aligned with client needs.
• lead delivery for one or more projects under the tech consulting line of services, and able able to oversee delivery from project management, governance, financials and quality
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
• 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, with a proven track record in sales and client growth.
• Strong exposure to Oracle ERP / Fusion is highly preferred.
• Existing network of enterprise accounts in the Dubai/KSA.
• Fluency in Arabic is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at executive levels.
