Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, aligning human resources strategies with corporate goals and objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of effective performance management systems, ensuring alignment of employee objectives with organizational goals.
- Lead initiatives concerning employee development and succession planning to ensure career progression and operational continuity.
- Initiate and drive process improvements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to assess training needs and craft tailored development programs.
- Work with consultants to align organizational structure and operational frameworks with strategic business objectives.
- Manage workforce planning efforts, including talent acquisition and retention strategies to meet current and future business needs.
- Implement a robust job evaluation process to maintain job grading consistency across the organization.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive competency framework to bolster employee capability development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on HR Business Partnership.
- Demonstrated expertise in aligning HR initiatives with business strategies.
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Arabia's labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of utilizing HR data to inform decision-making.
- Experience in organizational development and employee engagement practices.
- Proficient in HRIS and advanced Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
