Roles & Responsibilities
Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager - Human Resources - Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, aligning HR practices with business objectives
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and drive talent initiatives
- Implement initiatives to drive employee engagement and organisational culture
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and DHE policies across the employee lifecycle
- Support talent review, succession planning, and development initiatives
- Utilise HR metrics and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Coordinate and deliver training, development, and onboarding programmes
- Manage change initiatives and support organisational transformation efforts

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business or related field
- 4 - 6 years of HR experience, preferably in large or complex organizations
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices
- Proven ability to influence and build partnerships with stakeholders
- Experience in talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
