Manage complete painting and coating operations for Oil & Gas projects

Plan, schedule, and monitor painting activities as per project timelines

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations

Supervise site teams including engineers, inspectors, and chargehands

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and QA/QC teams

Ensure proper surface preparation and coating application as per standards

Monitor productivity, manpower allocation, and material consumption

Review and approve painting inspection reports and documentation

Maintain adherence to HSE requirements

Handle project billing, progress tracking, and reporting to management

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) Mandatory

Experience: 20 25 years in Painting (Oil & Gas sector mandatory)

Strong knowledge of industrial painting, coating systems, and blasting

Experience managing large painting teams and site execution

Familiar with international standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE, BGAS preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to handle client coordination and project planning
