Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Task Responsibilities:

Design and implement targeted sales plans to achieve revenue goals.

Focus on product-specific growth, including new offerings like AVI.

Identify and respond to market shifts, competitive activity, and regulatory changes.

Build long-term relationships with local and global freight forwarders.

Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Conduct regular customer visits and track business development progress.

Present sales performance, forecasts, and revenue reports to management.

Maintain and update customer databases and market records.

Share updates on schedules, embargoes, and operational changes with clients.

Work closely with import/export teams to gather insights and support reporting.

Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders across pricing, product, and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in the air cargo industry, with solid operational awareness of commercial and logistics processes.

Fluent in written and spoken English; communicates clearly and assertively.

Strong organizational skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Comfortable in fast-paced environments; meets tight deadlines with adaptability.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong numeracy and literacy.

Valid driving license required.
