Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Campaign & Lifecycle Management

  • Design and execute targeted lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, churn prevention, power user engagement).
  • Own end-to-end communication flows using Insider and Braze, including segmentation, automation, and personalization.
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign performance.

Performance & Reporting

  • Define campaign KPIs (open rate, CTR, feature adoption) and deliver performance insights.
  • Establish reporting loops to inform future strategy and maximize ROI.

Content & Strategy Alignment

  • Translate product updates into compelling, outcome-driven partner messages.
  • Collaborate with PR and Product teams to ensure messaging consistency across channels.
  • Act as a strategic driver of content based on partner journey and business priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Commercial, and Data teams to align lifecycle campaigns with growth objectives.
  • Share partner insights to shape product adoption and improve communication relevance.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital communications.

Experience in e-commerce, tech, or the food delivery industry is a plus.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Insider, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.

Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, personalization, and A/B testing.

Proven ability to analyze campaign data and translate it into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Creative, data-driven, and proactive mindset with ownership of results.

Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
