The Role
• Own and exceed sales targets for Mastercard Identity products within your region (MEA).
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, from prospecting to contract signature.
• Partner with Mastercard Services Business Leads to identify client needs and position Identity solutions accordingly.
• Work closely with Product Sales Specialists to tailor solutions that address business, risk, and technical requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and workshops to showcase the value of Mastercard Identity offerings.
• Support negotiations and manage commercial discussions, with guidance from senior sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate and timely sales pipeline reporting in Salesforce.
• Contribute feedback from the field to inform go-to-market strategies and product development.
All About You
• Bachelor's degree. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, other languages being a preference
Experience:
• 4-6 years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience.
• Strong background in payments, risk, fraud, identity, or security solutions preferred.
• Proven track record of consultative, solution-based selling and achieving quotas.
• An established network within financial institutions, e-commerce, acquirers, and PSPs in the region is a strong plus.

• Ability to understand complex client operations across business and technical functions.
• Skilled in building trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable navigating C-level and senior decision makers with support from leadership.
• Agile, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
