Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for driving the brands international marketing initiatives, events, and lead-generation activities across global markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities to strengthen the brand presence, generate business leads, and support sales growth across key international geographies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Management & Channel Engagement

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute international events, property expos, and channel partner meets.
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics, budgets, creative branding, and on-ground event execution.
  • Liaise with agencies, vendors, and venue partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Conceptualize and implement partner engagement programs to strengthen relationships and drive conversions.
  • Plan Private events in various international regions for HNI products.

2. Lead Generation & Campaign Strategy

  • Devise and manage digital and offline campaigns focused on high-quality international lead generation in coordination with Digital Team in HO.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align campaign strategy with business targets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing ROI through data-driven insights.

3. Branding & Corporate Activations

  • Plan and execute brand activations in target international markets to enhance visibility and recall.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints-events, media, digital, and collaterals.
  • Develop marketing collaterals tailored to international audiences and channel requirements.

4. Media & Agency Coordination

  • Manage relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies across regions.
  • Plan and release media campaigns in leading international publications and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and real estate platforms for targeted outreach.

5. Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Oversee performance marketing and social campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate with in-house teams or freelancers/agencies for content creation and ad management.
  • Track analytics, optimize campaigns, and ensure brand messaging aligns with overall business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Profile

  • Masters degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1014 years of experience in marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale events, brand campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and project execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Work out of Dubai office and travel internationally as required.
