Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Establish, launch, and scale the digital marketing agency from the ground up.
- Lead and oversee performance marketing, social media, SEO, branding, and integrated digital campaigns.
- Drive client acquisition, revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market positioning.
- Define and execute the business strategy, commercial model, and growth roadmap.
- Build, manage, and develop high-performing digital, creative, and account management teams.
- Oversee operations, financial performance, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Develop strategic partnerships with clients, platforms, media partners, and vendors.
- Ensure delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous performance optimization.
- Monitor market trends and lead organizational and digital transformation initiatives.
Partnership & Compensation:
- Equity partnership, including a capital contribution (even if limited).

- 8 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, business operations, or technology-driven environments.

- Strong commercial, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on decision-making capability.
- Demonstrated experience managing fast-paced, technology-enabled organizations.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.
- Solid experience overseeing multiple business functions, including operations, finance, and business development.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital technologies, smart systems, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High adaptability with the ability to lead organizational change and transformation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Willingness to be based in the UAE.
