Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain daily employee attendance records, leaves, absences, and overtime. Manage biometric / system or manual timekeeping systems and ensure data accuracy. Coordinate with department supervisors or managers to verify attendance discrepancies. Update and maintain employee shift schedules, roster changes, and time-off requests. Generate attendance reports and summaries for payroll processing. Assist with monthly payroll inputs related to attendance, such as deductions, absences, overtime, and late arrivals. Ensure compliance with company attendance policies and labor law regulations. Notify relevant departments and staff about attendance issues or policy violations. Maintain proper filing of attendance sheets, approvals, and HR documents. Assist in general HR administrative tasks such as onboarding support, ID issuance, and document collection when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience (UAE experience preferred). Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping. Proficient in MS Excel and HR software (e.g., ERP systems, timekeeping applications). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
