Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate and oversee all phases of marine projects, from initial concept and design to final commissioning and handover, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, proactively identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns or financial risks.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and providing clear direction to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including environmental, regulatory, and technical challenges, ensuring projects comply with all relevant standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.
  • Holds Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent, demonstrating proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marine project management, showcasing a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrates extensive experience in the offshore oil and gas industry, with in-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
