As a well-established company for 33 years in the UAE, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer to join our shipchandler and marine services company. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the maritime industry. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow the portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the maritime industry, including ship owners, ship management companies, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Understand the unique needs and requirements of each key account, and tailor solutions and services to meet their specific demands.

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing key accounts, maximizing revenue potential.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of services and delivery of products to key accounts.

• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess their satisfaction, address any issues, and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to proactively identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare and present reports on key account performance, sales activities, and market insights to the management team.

• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand the company's presence and generate leads.

• Forecasting and working on Pro-Active mode.
