Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and scale multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app) using tools such as WebEngage or Braze.
- Develop and execute growth hacking strategies to test and validate new campaign ideas, channels, and funnels.
- Run A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, creatives, customer journeys, and incentives to optimize conversion rates.
- Use customer data, behavioral analytics, and segmentation models to deliver personalized experiences.
- Collaborate with product, growth, and data teams to define KPIs, attribution models, and dashboards for campaign effectiveness.
- Map out and enhance customer journeys by developing effective communication touchpoints throughout the lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Experience: 3 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM, or growth marketing.
- Competencies & Skills
- Proven expertise with WebEngage or Braze.
- Strong knowledge of growth hacking frameworks, rapid experimentation, and funnel optimization.
- Advanced skills in A/B and multivariate testing.
- Experience working with CRM systems, CDPs, and customer segmentation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template design and execution.
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management abilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Experience: 3 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM, or growth marketing.
- Certifications (preferred):
- Braze Certified Marketer or WebEngage advanced training.
- Growth Hacking or Digital Experimentation certification.
- Google Analytics, SQL, or Python for marketers.
