Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, driving brand awareness and lead generation.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through market research, networking, and proactive outreach, converting them into paying customers.

- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and influencers to strengthen brand presence.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches that engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Arabic language is mandatory
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and brand development across multiple channels.
- Prior experience in the Home care marketing industry is highly preferred, understanding the target market nuances.
- Demonstrates fluency in English and Arabic essential for client communication.
- Exhibits strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), managing leads and tracking sales.
- Displays a results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth.
- Possesses exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, effectively conveying value.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools, streamlining daily tasks.
- Demonstrates a proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable personality, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including Google Analytics and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages tailored to diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of deriving insights from data to enhance marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also thriving in independent projects.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and graphic design tools for creating engaging marketing materials.
