Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and updating MORF (Marketing Operations Request Forms) for campaign planning and execution.
  • Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with the finance team.
  • Support LPO (Local Purchase Order) creation, tracking approvals, and maintaining related documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain CAM sheets (Cost Allocation or Campaign Activity Monitoring sheets) for project budgeting and performance tracking.
  • Follow up with team members on deliverables, deadlines, and progress reports to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate marketing activities and event logistics.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, including data entry, report generation, and record keeping.
  • Assist in research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and promotional opportunities.
