Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Own the 3-year Consumer Health Care strategy for North Africa, translating consumer and category insights into portfolio and go-to-market plans.

  • Lead brand building, governance, and integrated ATL/BTL/digital campaigns across markets.
  • Drive launch excellence end-to-end, from demand sizing and pricing to distributor enablement and execution.
  • Partner with Commercial, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, and Country Leads to land plans and optimize performance.
  • Track business and marketing KPIs, run performance reviews, and scale best practices across markets.

Desired Candidate Profile

A successful Marketing Manager - Global Exports & trade Marketing should have:

  • 7-10+ years in Consumer Health / FMCG marketing with multi-market experience.
  • Proven track record in brand building, launches, and digital marketing in distributor-led markets.
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen (P&L, pricing, A&P ROI).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Regulatory, Medical, Supply, and external agencies.
  • Fluent English and Arabic; French is a strong advantage.
  • Based in Cairo; open to regular travel across North Africa and key export markets.
