Job Description

- Manage branding and communication activities across multiple countries while maintaining brand consistency.

- Oversee digital marketing and social media channels to strengthen brand presence and engagement.

- Manage media planning and buying across digital and traditional platforms to maximize reach and cost efficiency.

- Lead new product development initiatives based on market research and consumer insights.

- Establish market intelligence systems to support data-driven marketing decisions.

- Guide trade marketing teams in each country to align local activities with overall business objectives.

- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue growth.

- Supervise CRM operations and use customer insights to improve engagement and sales opportunities.

- Manage marketing budgets across markets and ensure strong ROI.

- Provide strategic leadership across multi-country operations while balancing global and local market needs.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

- Minimum 15 years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.

- Experience managing marketing operations across multiple countries.

- Strong expertise in branding, product development, trade marketing, CRM, digital marketing, and media buying.

- Proven track record of driving sales growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and managing significant marketing budgets.

- Strong understanding of global market trends and consumer behavior.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluency in English and Arabic.
