Roles & Responsibilities
Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans across digital and traditional channels, manage campaigns from ideation to execution, and analyze performance to optimize results. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize outreach. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support sales goals. Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and offline (events, partnerships, print). Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, and advertising campaigns. Manage and optimize digital marketing tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics). Set KPIs, track campaign performance, and prepare regular reports on ROI, engagement, and other key metrics. Work closely with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to execute projects on time and within budget. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals (optional, if managing a team). Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 3–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in [industry if needed: tech, consumer goods, B2B, etc.]. Proven experience designing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Creative thinking and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Analytics. Experience managing budgets and external agencies. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
