Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at achieving budgeted growth
Handle new store openings and new brands launch
Plan Marketing Calendars and ensure execution
Responsible for the financial performance of the brands in terms of same store growth, top line achievement etc
Utilize technology and social media platforms effectively to enhance brand building and presence for all brands.
Collaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure planned communication objectives are executed as per expectations
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
Oversee the creation and management of engaging content across various platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and resource allocation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and marketing operations in the food and beverage industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading marketing initiatives for multiple brands across diverse markets.
Experience in managing both ATL and BTL campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and campaign performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget constraints.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions and address challenges effectively.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve common goals.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving tangible outcomes and achieving marketing objectives.
