Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
Oversee daily marketing operations including campaign calendars, creative briefs, and timelines.
Collaborate with sales and performance marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives.br>
Brand & Content Management
Ensure cohesive brand identity across all communication materials and platforms.
Work with design and content teams to create engaging assets (blogs, videos, newsletters, landing pages, social media).
Support employer branding and corporate branding efforts.
Market Research & Strategy Support
Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to guide marketing strategy.
Localize campaigns for MENA and international audiences.
Event & Partnerships
Plan and support events, expos, and sponsorship initiatives.
Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors to deliver campaigns effectively.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance (traffic, leads, engagement, ROI).
Use analytics tools to track effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for senior leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, or investment sectors.
Proven experience in campaign management across multiple channels.
Strong background in working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
Fluent in English and Arabic (both are a must).
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM/automation tools such as Zoho or HubSpot, social media management platforms).
Strong project management and campaign coordination capabilities.
Knowledge of branding, lead generation, and digital channels.
Behavioral Competencies
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
