Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Overview:
 We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Promotions Manager to plan, develop, and execute promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, project management, and hands-on execution across multiple marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns in assigned region aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
- Plan and execute seasonal, product-specific, and brand-level promotions to boost awareness and conversion.
- Coordinate with design, digital, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all promotional materials.
- Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align promotions with product launches, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
- Negotiate with external vendors, media partners, and agencies to maximize promotional impact.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and emerging trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or campaign management (preferably in a consumer-facing industry).
- Following certificates are mandatory:
-UAE Financial Rules and Regulations;
-International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
