Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement organic lead generation strategies across social media, content marketing, SEO, and other digital channels.

• Manage paid campaigns to complement organic efforts and maximize ROI.

• Take full ownership of the lead-to-client conversion process, ensuring leads are nurtured and closed efficiently.

• Analyze campaign performance, track metrics, and optimize strategies for sustained results.

• Collaborate with the media and creative teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in generating and closing leads through both organic and paid channels (3–5 years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media, and digital advertising tools.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
