Roles & Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing Manager with oversight and execution of B2B and B2C marketing activities across the Middle East & Africa Region. The position is also responsible for supporting tactical marketing planning and implementing marketing activities related to awareness, marketing campaigns, and the brand across the MEA region. In this role, the successful Marketing Specialist will support the implementation of the MEA marketing strategy and plan and execute marketing initiatives and consumer campaigns.

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
• Supporting the development of country-specific marketing plans in close collaboration with the MEA Marketing and Sales teams.
• Develop full-scale consumer campaigns, execute plans, and track progress/KPIs.
• Coordinating campaign rollouts over several countries simultaneously.
• Lead and ensure content creation is as per internal process and brand guidelines, ensuring messaging is clear as per targeted campaign and audience.
• Act as a brand champion as per internal & branding guidelines
• Manage and execute content management and material creation for all MEA collaterals as applicable per country/regional need.
Marketing Specialist Requirements:
• 1-3 years total work experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in the Healthcare industry would be an advantage.
• Experience in working cross-functionally on projects.Initiative and self-dependence; able to identify business needs, taking initiative to provide ideas and solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
