Job Title: Masoning Foreman / Civil Foreman (Masonry Focus)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate a team of masons, plasterers, tilers, and laborers daily on site.
Quality Control: Ensure all masonry, blockwork, plastering, and tiling adhere strictly to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Planning & Coordination: Schedule tasks, allocate resources (labor, materials, tools), and coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades.
Material Management: Monitor material usage, order supplies, and maintain inventory to avoid work stoppages.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety protocols, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions; maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Reporting: Keep accurate daily records of work progress, labor hours, and material consumption; provide regular updates to management.
Technical Expertise: Interpret blueprints, read technical drawings, and apply advanced masonry techniques.
