Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Master the art of matcha preparation, crafting perfect drinks from lattes to ceremonial grade tea, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- Engage customers with matcha knowledge, guide them through the menu, and create personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene standards, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
- Manage inventory efficiently, monitor stock levels, and order supplies to prevent shortages, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in working in a Japanes cafe required
Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a cafe or tea house setting, is highly desirable.
A food handler's certificate is mandatory.
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
