Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Materials Management: * Monitor and control stock levels across the Production Planning module to prevent shortages or excesses.
System Proficiency: * Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using *SAP* and generate timely reports.
Cross-Functional Coordination: * Work closely with Processing, Branch team to align material planning with commercial needs.
Audits & Compliance: * Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Process Improvement: * Develop and enforce Materials control procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: * Proven track record in *inventory control, preferably within **Facility Management* or a related industry.
Technical Skills: *
Advanced proficiency in *SAP (Inventory Modules) * and *MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) *.
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
