Mechanical Engineer (Heavy Vehicles)

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with proven experience in repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, diagnostic skills, and hands-on experience in troubleshooting mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in heavy vehicles.

Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and servicing of heavy-duty trucks.

Oversee and perform engine overhauls, transmission repairs, brake systems, and suspension work.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.

Prepare technical reports on vehicle performance and maintenance activities.

Supervise and guide technicians in repair and maintenance tasks when necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

Minimum 5 years of experience in repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles.

Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and braking systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagnostic tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to work in workshop and field environments.
