As a Media Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building high-level client and agency relationships across the Middle East, developing innovative multi-platform solutions that connect with some of the region s most influential audiences. This role offers a platform to work with leading brands and agencies while shaping creative, impactful partnerships in the media landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with both direct clients and media agencies.
• Negotiate and close advertising and partnership deals that deliver long-term value.
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Represent the organisation at key industry events to enhance brand presence and generate new business.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years sales experience within a media owner, publishing business in the MENA region.
• Proven client and agency network across the region, with strong relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated success in selling multi-platform advertising solutions (print, digital, social, and events).
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Written and spoken Arabic is an advantage.
• Flexibility to travel when required.
