Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure all board and committee meetings are meticulously scheduled, agendas prepared, and relevant materials distributed in advance.
- Accurately record and transcribe minutes, capturing all decisions, action items, and responsible parties with precision.
- Manage and maintain corporate records, including minutes books, resolutions, and statutory filings, ensuring accessibility and integrity.
- Oversee the timely and accurate submission of all regulatory filings and disclosures to relevant authorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate governance, legal, or compliance roles.
Proven experience with corporate secretarial duties and regulatory compliance within the [Specify Industry, e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare] sector.
Certification such as Certified Corporate Secretary (CCS)
