Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all board and committee meetings are meticulously scheduled, agendas prepared, and relevant materials distributed in advance.
  • Accurately record and transcribe minutes, capturing all decisions, action items, and responsible parties with precision.
  • Manage and maintain corporate records, including minutes books, resolutions, and statutory filings, ensuring accessibility and integrity.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate submission of all regulatory filings and disclosures to relevant authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate governance, legal, or compliance roles.

  • Proven experience with corporate secretarial duties and regulatory compliance within the [Specify Industry, e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare] sector.
