Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, a well-established multinational financial institution in the UAE, is seeking a highly reliable and proactive Partnerships Specialist to join their dynamic Merchant Business Unit. This role will focus on driving business growth and enhancing merchant relationships through strategic partnerships, marketing campaigns, and event activations.

The role

- Champion membership offers, marketing campaigns, and event activations
- Proactively sign and renew merchant offers through targeted industry outreach, acquiring new partnerships
- Drive brand visibility through monthly UAE Point of Contact (POC) email campaigns
- Manage and resolve merchant complaints within agreed turnaround times (TATs)
- Monitor and respond to internal staff feedback from the activity tracker to improve merchant engagement
- Support the merchant team with business reviews for key accounts
- Conduct monthly performance reviews for key merchant groups and strategic partners
- Develop and implement strategic partnerships aimed at boosting transaction volumes, especially for underperforming merchants

Client Requirements

- UAE National with a Family Book
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or key account management (any sector)
- Demonstrated partnership development skills and a strong commercial orientation
- Experience in event management with excellent organizational and planning capabilities
- Great personality and good communication skills
