About the Role:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive MIS Analyst to manage, maintain, and analyze sales and marketing reports in the real estate sector. The role plays a key part in driving data-driven decisions, process improvements, and actionable insights for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, update, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
  
• Conduct market research to support sales strategies and business development initiatives.
  
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
  
• Provide actionable insights to management and sales teams for performance optimization.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business decisions.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing MIS reporting.
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and Power BI.
  
• Experience in market research and data analysis.
  
• Ability to identify process improvements and implement efficient reporting solutions.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
