Mobile Application Developer — Flutter / React Native NESUS BLUE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

About the Role:

We are building something. Not maintaining something, building something. We need a mobile application developer who doesn't just write code, they architect experiences. Someone who can look at a product vision, a business requirement, and a user journey and translate all of it into a fast, beautiful, intelligent mobile application that works flawlessly on both iOS and Android. This is a greenfield opportunity. You will be involved from the first line of code. You will make decisions that shape the product. You will own what you build and you will be proud of it. If you've shipped apps that real people use, if you understand that great UX is invisible, and if you have the range to integrate AI capabilities into a mobile product we are looking for you.

What You'll Build & Own:

Core App Development

• Design, develop, and ship a cross-platform mobile application for both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) from a single codebase using Flutter or React Native.

• Own the full development lifecycle — architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch iteration.

• Build responsive, high-performance UIs that feel native on both platforms — pixel-perfect, smooth, and fast.

• Implement state management solutions appropriate to app complexity (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc for Flutter / Redux, Zustand for React Native).

  
  

AI Integration

• Integrate AI-powered features into the app product recommendation engines, intelligent search, personalisation layers, chatbot assistants, or smart onboarding flows.

• Connect and manage third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and similar).

• Explore and implement on-device ML capabilities where performance and privacy require it (TensorFlow Lite, Core ML).

• Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and proactively propose features that can give the product a competitive edge.

Backend & API Integration

• Build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL API integrations connecting the app to backend systems.

• Implement secure user authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT, biometric login).

• Integrate payment gateways (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay) for in-app purchases and subscriptions.

• Implement push notifications, deep linking, and in-app messaging systems.

• Work with cloud services (Firebase, AWS, or GCP) for database, storage, and serverless functions.

  
  

Performance & Quality

• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code — code that the next developer can open and understand.

• Implement automated testing — unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests.

• Monitor and optimise app performance — load times, frame rates, memory usage, and battery consumption.

• Conduct thorough testing across a range of real and simulated devices before every release.

  
  

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work directly with the Marketing Manager and IT manager to understand campaign needs and build features that support growth.

• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer on UI implementation — bringing design assets to life accurately.

• Propose new features, technical improvements, and AI-powered enhancements proactively.

• Document your architecture, APIs, and codebase decisions for long-term maintainability.

Technical Requirements:

Cross-Platform Framework- Expert Level Required:

• Flutter (Dart).

• React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript).

• You must have published live apps on both the App Store and Google Play Store using your chosen framework.

Strong Advantage (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with TensorFlow Lite or Core ML for on-device AI.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology.

• Basic knowledge of backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar).

• UI/UX sensibility — you don't need to be a designer, but you need to know when something looks wrong.

• Experience in health tech, wellness, or supplement applications specifically.

Your application must include links to apps you have built that are currently live on the App Store and/or Google Play Store. No exceptions.

We want to see:

• ✅ At least one live app published on both iOS and Android

• ✅ Evidence of AI or ML feature integration in a live product

• ✅ Complex UI implementations — not just basic list/detail screens

• ✅ Any healthcare, wellness, e-commerce, or subscription-based app experience

• ✅ GitHub profile showing active, clean, real code (not tutorial projects)
