As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be the driving force behind our home loan sales initiatives. You will engage with potential clients, understand their financial needs, and offer tailored home loan products that best suit their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their home loan needs and provide suitable product options.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our home loan products and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, in the Banking & financial services (preferably for home loans) .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English communication is a must.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of home loan products and the mortgage process
