Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze borrower financial profiles meticulously to determine loan eligibility, ensuring alignment with lending guidelines and risk assessment protocols.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, providing clear explanations of loan products, terms, and conditions to foster informed decision-making.
- Proactively solicit new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement to expand the client base and market presence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of financial principles.
- Holds a valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license, complying with state and federal regulations for mortgage lending.
- Demonstrates 2+ years of proven experience in the mortgage industry, showcasing practical knowledge and a successful track record.
- Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the ability to assess complex financial situations and offer effective solutions.
