Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
� Handle end-to-end property sales & mortgage processing � Guide clients through home loans and property transactions � Liaise with DLD, RERA, and other authorities � Provide expert advice & maintain high client satisfaction � Track performance, improve processes, and lead your team
Desired Candidate Profile
� Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting, or related field � 3–5 years experience in mortgage operations, home loans, or financial services � Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations and real estate transaction processes �️ Proficient in mortgage software, banking apps, and MS Office � Proven ability to lead and mentor a team �️ Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus � Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and client-focused
