Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.
  • Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, Power Automate flows, and custom applications.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party applications and other Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Create and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide actionable business insights.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Ensure best practices in CRM security, role-based access, and data management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM releases, updates, and new features.
  • Provide documentation, training, and support to end users and teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
  • Proficiency in customization and configuration of CRM forms, entities, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with CRM integration using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and middleware tools.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) for extending CRM capabilities.
  • Good understanding of CRM security models and role-based access.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MB-210 (Sales), MB-230 (Customer Service), MB-240 (Field Service), or Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
