Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service).
Experience in customizing D365 CE using JavaScript, C#, Plugins, and Power Platform.
Familiarity with Azure services, APIs, and integrations with third-party tools.
Proficiency in using tools like Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
