Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant (5 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant with 4+ years of relevant experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge along with technical expertise to design, develop, and deploy business solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules based on business processes.

Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions.

Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and user stories.

Perform system testing, UAT support, and end-user training.

Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.

Technical Responsibilities

Develop customizations using:

C#

.NET Framework

JavaScript

TypeScript

Power Platform tools

Create plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations.

Build and maintain APIs using REST/SOAP services.

Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and other Microsoft applications.

Manage deployments across Development, Test, and Production environments.

Experience in business process mapping and solution design.

Knowledge of CRM/ERP concepts.
