Roles & Responsibilities

Job description: 

We are looking for a N1 Support Technician M/F , on a permanent contract, for our subsidiary Septeo Notaires.

What we can accomplish together:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your daily life:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email and chat.
  • Effectively diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
  • Manage and track customer requests using our ticketing system
  • If necessary, escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and support procedures
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Manage the support queue to ensure timely resolution of all tickets.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to guide users through technical processes.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the knowledge base.

Qualifications

What if we talked about you?

  • You have at least one year of experience as a Level 1 Support Technician or in a similar helpdesk role.
  • My knowledge of Office 365 and Azure Active Directory
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and support tools
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
  • My sadness with French and English
  • Knowledge of best practices in IT security
  • Familiarity with remote assistance tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are an asset.
