Roles & Responsibilities

As the National Talent Readiness Specialist, you will execute and deliver initiatives that prepare future UAE National (UAEN) talent for careers within the Emirates Group. You will act as the point of contact for the business, as well as UAEN students, graduates, and trainees, to maintain a high-quality experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the planning and delivery of Emiratisation Programmes, in collaboration with the Planning Team, by managing logistics, scheduling, documentation, and compliance-related tasks to ensure smooth and impactful operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students and trainees, providing guidance, resolving queries, and ensuring that learning milestones are adhered to.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student and trainee attendance, progress, and feedback, and generate periodic reports to support internal reviews and programme improvements.
  • Work closely with HRBPs and Recruitment to align trainees with business vacancies and enable smooth transitions into permanent roles.
  • Execute personalised career progression plans that are aligned with business needs, recommend technical training based on requirements, and provide feedback as necessary in collaboration with Learning & Talent (L&T).
  • Manage and execute projects to meet specified programme improvements, process automation, and quality control objectives.
  • Design and deliver engagement initiatives such as campaigns, communication drives, and recognition activities in collaboration with HRBPs to foster a positive experience throughout the Emiratisation journey.
  • Partner with the National Insights team, HRBPs, L&T, and other Centres of Excellence to share data, identify emerging trends, and co-create solutions that address development needs, build capability, and ensure the Emiratisation strategy remains aligned with broader talent and business priorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources or related field

You will have an edge if you have:

  • A strong understanding of Emiratisation frameworks, local labour regulations, and current market trends.
  • The ability to build strong relationships across HR, business units, and external partners to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Experience in designing HR programmes, planning tools, and lifecycle initiatives that support national talent strategies.
  • The capability to develop targeted campaigns and manage social media strategies to enhance employer branding and talent visibility.
