Job Summary

We are seeking a Nexthink Certified Implementation Engineer for a short-term assignment focused purely on the end-to-end implementation of the Nexthink platform. The engineer will lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of Nexthink to support enhanced end-user experience monitoring and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Nexthink platform components.

• Install and configure Nexthink Collectors, Engines, Portals, and related modules.

• Integrate Nexthink with existing ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).

• Configure dashboards, analytics, investigations, and alerts as per customer use cases.

• Perform data mapping, validation, and customizations based on business requirements.

• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Nexthink performance during deployment.

• Prepare documentation for design, configuration, and implementation activities.

• Provide handover sessions, basic training, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Nexthink Certification (Mandatory) e.g., Nexthink Professional / Expert / Implementation Certification.

• Proven experience in Nexthink deployment and implementation (minimum 2 3 successful projects preferred).

• Strong understanding of End-User Experience (EUX), endpoint monitoring, IT analytics, and automation.

• Experience integrating Nexthink with ITSM/monitoring tools.

• Hands-on skills in Windows, Linux, networking, and endpoint environments.

• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
