Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced NOC Coordinator / PRO for a leading construction company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs), coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring all regulatory approvals are secured for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain NOCs from Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, and other authorities

  • Coordinate with engineering societies and regulatory bodies for approvals

  • Manage documentation and submission of permits for construction projects

  • Follow up on application status and ensure timely approvals

  • Handle PRO duties including visa processing, labor permits, and company documentation

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in NOC / PRO role in UAE construction sector

  • Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality procedures

  • Experience dealing with government authorities and engineering bodies

  • Arabic language is an advantage

  • UAE driving license preferred

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
