We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of a nursery or early childhood center. The Nursery Manager will ensure a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children, while maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all nursery operations including admissions, staffing, budgeting, and compliance.

Develop and implement early years curriculum in line with local and international standards (EYFS, Montessori, etc.).

Lead and supervise nursery staff, including teachers, assistants, and support personnel.

Ensure the nursery meets health, safety, and child protection requirements.

Monitor and assess child development and maintain up-to-date records.

Foster strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.

Handle regulatory inspections and maintain compliance with licensing requirements.

Organize events, activities, and enrichment programs for children and parents.

Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll coordination, and supply inventory.

Promote the nursery s mission, values, and reputation in the community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Diploma or Montessori Certification may also be accepted).

Strong understanding of early years curriculum frameworks and child development principles.

First aid, child protection, and health & safety certifications are a plus.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
