Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various real estate roles.
Design and implement organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions within the real estate sector.
Conduct job analyses and create detailed job descriptions to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth and succession planning.
Analyze and report on key talent metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout all talent acquisition and OD processes.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote EBNY Developments as an employer of choice.
Support change management efforts by communicating and implementing new HR and OD strategies across the organization.
REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT BACKGROUND IS A MUST
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND IS A MUST.
Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Strong understanding of organizational development principles and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
