Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our local team. The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, supporting users, and coordinating with the technical team for development tasks. This role requires excellent analytical skills, business process understanding, and strong communication capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within Odoo.

Implement and configure Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, CRM, Purchasing, Manufacturing, etc.).

Conduct end-user training and prepare user manuals or SOPs.

Provide functional support and troubleshooting during and post-implementation.

Coordinate with technical/development teams for module customization and integrations.

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure system quality.

Participate in data migration, testing, and Go-Live activities.

Maintain documentation and keep system configurations updated.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

2 4 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.

Strong knowledge of at least 3 core Odoo modules.

Experience in full-cycle Odoo implementations.

Ability to document business processes (BPMN or similar is a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Experience with Odoo v15 v18 Enterprise Edition.

Familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP, QuickBooks, eCommerce platforms).

Basic knowledge of Odoo Studio or low-code app builder tools.

Experience with regional (GCC or MENA) localization, tax, and payroll modules.
