Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to gather and understand their business requirements and processes.
  2. Solution Design: Design and customize Odoo solutions to meet the specific needs of each client, including configuring modules, workflows, and reports.
  3. Module Configuration: Configure and implement various Odoo modules such as CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and others.
  4. Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration from the client's existing systems to Odoo.
  5. Custom Development: If necessary, develop custom modules or code to extend Odoo's functionality.
  6. User Training: Provide training to end-users and client staff on how to use Odoo effectively.
  7. Quality Assurance: Test and troubleshoot the implemented solutions to ensure they meet the client's requirements and are bug-free.
  8. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for the implemented solutions, including user guides, system documentation, and configuration documents.
  9. Client Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for clients to address issues, updates, and enhancements.
  10. Project Management: Manage project timelines, scope, and client expectations to ensure successful project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience with Odoo ERP implementation and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, workflows, and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Odoo certification is a plus.
  • English + Arabic speaker .
