Roles & Responsibilities

  • UAE experience in office administration.

  • Knowledge about HR & PRO services.

  • Communication skills in Tagalog & English languages.

  • Should be open to travel nationally & internationally for Business Trips.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Handle daily administrative duties including filing, documentation, and correspondence.

  • Maintain and update company records, invoices, and purchase orders.

  • Coordinate with CEO, Sales Manager, Operations Manager, job candidates, Government bodies, Mainland and Freezone officials.

  • Provide coordination, support the processing team and keep the customers process and records up to date.

  • Assist management with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and follow-ups.

  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and the government bodies.
