Roles & Responsibilities

Taleb Realty LLC, a US-based company, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to oversee administrative functions and support the smooth operation of our real estate brokerage. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in digital workflows and administrative systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting real estate processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain folders for property listings, ensuring all documents are correctly filed.
  • Submit and track listing permits through the Dubai Land Department (DLD) portal.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including the prohibition of cash transactions.
  • Upload and update property listings with high-quality images and accurate details.
  • Use Microsoft Office and other software to generate reports and manage data.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as needed to support real estate transactions.
  • Communicate with agents to collect necessary documentation.
  • Monitor and follow up on listing permit approvals and renewals.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in administration role preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and online portals.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining productivity and responsiveness.
  • Familiarity with Dubai real estate regulations and DLD processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
