Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare tea, coffee, and light refreshments for staff and meetings.
Take and prepare grocery orders; replenish stock as needed.
Maintain cleanliness in the office, including vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, glass, and kitchen, and
handling dishwasher tasks.
Empty bins, manage ad hoc cleaning tasks, and ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
Assist with small administrative tasks such as document handling, filing, and basic correspondence.
Stay engaged and productive throughout the shift, ensuring all areas are properly maintained.
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience in office assistance, housekeeping, or similar roles preferred.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated with the ability to stay productive without direct supervision.
Demonstrates discretion.
